		<description>I&#039;ve lived in all-email environments, and frankly they freak me out. 

As much as possible I&#039;m trying to move instant communcations out of email (into twitter) and longer communications out of email (into basecamp or a wiki).   Of course you do that only to leave room in your inbox to continue to keep up with all email all the time.</description>
