Working with and for many companies over the years, I&#039;ve been plagued by the PM confusion, and not just from other roles, but with the PM&#039;s themselves, especially in a &quot;blended&quot; team, where each PM has come from a different company with different definitions. An advantage of working in smaller companies is that the role definitions can be defined strictly, with little opposition.</description>

		<description>Hi, Jon.  I love it! Best explanation of product management that I&#039;ve seen yet.  PM&#039;s often have all the accountability for P&amp;L but only part of the responsibility - especially true when attempting to manage thru cross-functional teams.</description>
